Have you just purchased your new favourite pen? How is it going to get to you? All of our products should be received within 3-5 working days in the UK and 7-10 days if you've ordered from anywhere else in the world.
Return & Exchange Policy
Here at StuPENdous, we always want our customers to be happy with the products they receive. However, if you wish to return your product for a refund, then we operate a returns policy that gives you 14 days since receiving your order to contact us and inform us of your refund request. You then have another 14 days to send it back to us. We will then refund your money within 14 days of receiving the returned product. We can only accept returns from the person who made the purchase. We may also ask any claimant at any time to provide proof of purchase from our company. Of course, we endeavour for these situations to only ever arise on a rare basis by providing only the best quality products.
